I really enjoyed the 2010 Poland camp – the general subject was the significance, preciousness, and enjoyment of the birthright in God’s economy. The birthright is the special portion of the firstborn, which, in the Old Testament, included the priesthood, the kingship, and the double portion of the land.
This was my first Poland camp and I enjoyed it so much. Enjoying the Lord with the saints… and gaining more of the Lord! I will definitely come back next year!
We have spent one week in Poland this year at the “Poland Camp” getting into The Significance, Preciousness, and Enjoyment of the Birthright in God’s Economy. What is the birthright, and why is it so important? In the old times, in a family, the firstborn son had “the birthright,” which, according to the Bible, included a double portion of the land (a double portion more than any of the other children/sons/daughters), the priesthood, and the kingship.
I enjoyed this past Poland camp very much – and here is a small portion of my enjoyment from the camp. We need to enjoy Christ and be fully in love with Him. We need to be convinced that He’s the best thing that has happened to us and could happen to anyone. If we love and appreciate Him in such way, we will be willing to give Christ to others.
Just the title is filled with a wow-factor that gives me goosebumps. Saints, did you know, that you have a BIRTHRIGHT? Yes, and what a right that has been given to you just for being born—the right to the priesthood, the kingship and a double portion of the land. What does that mean?
